About

I’m Anu Manocha, a counsellor and therapist working at the intersection of psychology, the body, and mindful awareness. My work is grounded in both formal training and lived experience, shaped by years of engaging deeply with how emotional patterns, physical responses, and inner narratives interact.

My way of working

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or quick fixes. Each person carries a unique history, nervous system, and way of making meaning.
My approach is reflective, integrative, and paced — allowing insight and change to emerge naturally rather than being forced.

I draw from psychological frameworks, mind–body understanding, and mindfulness-based practices to support emotional regulation, clarity, and inner stability.
The focus is always on helping you build a relationship with yourself that feels grounded and compassionate.

The space I offer

Sessions with me are conversational, attentive, and non-judgmental.
This is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or rush toward answers.

Together, we gently explore:

  • what’s unfolding beneath the surface
  • how your emotions speak through your body
  • the patterns that shape your choices
  • the parts of you that need safety, not pressure

The intention is not rapid “transformation,”
but slow, sustainable change that feels honest and anchored.

Who I Support

I work with individuals who are navigating:

  • emotional overwhelm
  • anxiety and racing thoughts
  • inner child wounds
  • identity shifts and transitions
  • burnout and emotional exhaustion
  • relationship patterns and attachment themes

If you feel deeply, think deeply, or carry silent emotional weight; this is a space for you.

Healing begins when you feel safe enough to be yourself.
